How do you charge?

I quote a flat rate for each project. I never bill by-the-hour. You'll know the exact cost before the project starts. That way, there are no surprises (READ: inflated hours) for you in the end.

How much do you charge?

Each project has its own requirements, so each project is priced differently. The factors that determine price include project size, amount of research involved, collateral material provided and the purpose of the piece.

How fast can you turn my project around?

Due the size of my client list, I require between ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days to send you version 1. I can work faster if you're under the gun. But if I rearrange my schedule to get your project done, I'm going to charge a modest rush fee.

How do I pay you?

Personal/business check or PayPal. If this is the first time we've worked together, you must pay 50 percent of the total project fee up-front and the other 50 percent when you're completely satisfied (unless otherwise directed).

How many revisions do I get?

You get as many rounds of revisions as we need to get the copy to your satisfaction. Minor revision have a three (3) business day turn-time. Major revisions have a five (5) business day turn-time.

Do you consult? travel? accept retainers?

Yes. Yes. And yes. I do charge an hourly consulting fee to work on-site or over conference call (contact me for details). I do travel to your facility (you pay all travel expenses plus my hourly consulting fee during travel hours). If you have a long-term project with several pieces, we can work out a weekly/monthly retaining fee (that happens all of the time).
